SHIPPING

a) When will my order be shipped ?

- Orders placed before 13:00 on workdays will be sent out on the same day.

b) Can I choose different shipping methods?

- We ship from The Netherlands and we use to work in collaboration with PostNL for all the shipments. All these orders are shipped with track & trace and you will receive an email with your tracking number. About shipping cost, we ship only in Europe, to:

1. Netherland: 4.50

2. Belgium: €5.50

3. France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden, Monaco, Austria: €5.95

4. Croatia, Czechia, Finland, Poland, Portugal: 6.50

5. Ireland: €10

 

c) How soon will I receive my package?

Expected Delivery times:

1. The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: ± 4 business days. 

2. France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Monaco, Austria, Croatia, Czechia, Finland, Poland, Portugal: ± 6 business days.

3. Ireland: + 7 business days.

 

d) Why haven't I receive my package?

In this case you will always have the tracking code at your disposal from which we can tell if the problem is with the courier or the wrong address. In the first case in fact we will open an investigation with the courier company and we will protect your purchase. In the case where the non-delivery is due to wrong address or non-delivery due to absence of the recipient, we will contact you as soon as the package is back at the premises. In this case we will refund the items but not the shipping costs, which will remain the responsibility of the recipient.

 

RETURN

 

Everyone loves the KKNEKKI quality. If that is not the case or  if you don't like the color you choose, you can of course return your order and get your money refunded. You have 14 days to return your item. Within these 14 days you will have to send an email to hello@kknekki.nl in which you will enter the reasons for the return and, once approved, you will be able to proceed with sending the package, which must return in the same condition in which it was sent - same kknekki envelope - and must not have been used. A completed return form must be included inside the return package. 
Please note! We are not responsible for lost postal items that are returned; we cannot process returns in these cases. Shipping costs are at the customer's own expense. Upon approval of the policy and receipt of the return, you will receive a refund of the purchase price of the disputed item on the same card from which payment was made. Costs for return are not reimbursed. 
If the dispute is about a defective item, it must be mentioned within 3 days by email, among other things, the product must not have been worn during the period and will be refunded to your account.

 

An article bought from our sale category cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

HOW TO RETURN

- Just make sure to always add your name and order number. It is important to have prove of your return in case something goes wrong in the shipment process.

- The shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. The return of an article is only possible when the article:

1. The KKNEKKI is in undamaged state;

2. The KKNEKKI is not worn and/or used;

3. The KKNEKKI is included in the original packaging.

- KKNEKKI reserves the right to refuse returned items.
